Admin
Approval time can vary depending on when applicants can provide necessary documents. Once all documents are submitted, turn around time can be fairly quick, often happening within 1 to 2 days.
We offer online payment options through the resident portal or through Flex. We also accept money order or cashier's checks. Personal checks will only be accepted before the 5th.
Cox provides free internet for their base package.
Lease termination options are available, and require a 60-day notice as well as a termination fee.
No set-up is required, all utilities will be on upon move in.
Water, sewer, trash, and electricity are included in the rent.

For Future Residents
Applications are completed in office with the leasing staff.
We conduct an independent background and credit screening to determine is property requirements are met. We also calculate income and verify previous rental history.
Ambassador West is an affordable housing community. We look to see what the applicant makes gross for the year. The upper tier limit for yearly income is $62,850.

Income can be verified through various ways. Depending on pay dates, we may ask for a certain number of paystubs, tax returns, or award letters. Certain circumstances may also require additional employment verification.
Our credit screening generates a report based on your credit history, which can include open accounts, bankruptcies, judgements, repos, or items in collections.
We advise that any interested applicant to come to the leasing office and fill out an application with the staff. They will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We welcome anyone to apply.
Yes, once the apartment has had all maintenance and cleaning completed, a tour of the home can be scheduled.
We encourage appointments and welcome all walk-in tours.
We do not offer self-guided tours at this time, but guests are more than welcome to view the exterior of the community at their leisure.
Yes, we offer tours that are tailored to the guest's needs and preferences.
Yes, we require all persons over the age of 18 to have a valid ID in order to tour.
A walk-through of the apartment will be performed in order to identify any maintenance needs. Once all maintenance is completed, we will schedule professional cleaners, and afterward a final walk-through will be performed in order to ensure the apartments meet our move-in standards.
Our community is located in downtown Phoenix, and noise levels can be moderate depending on the time of day and if there are any local events happening. The apartments are constructed with concrete and brick, which works to help dampen any exterior noise.
Residents are welcome to decorate the interior of their apartments to their liking. We inform them that certain charges may apply depending on what modifications are made, such as holes from nails and screws and any repainting or drywall that may need to be done.
We do not allow subletting or listing on Airbnb.
We comply with the city's mandated quiet hours, which are 10 pm to 8 am on the weekdays, and 11 pm to 8 am on the weekends.
Application fees are $50 and the administrative non-refundable fee is $150. Move-in cost can vary depending on circumstances and any applicable move-in specials.
